Volunteer Program Management Series
October - November 2013
Offered yearly, this 6-week series focuses on the 5 functions of the management process as they relate to issues in volunteer management, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and directing. Guest speakers are featured throughout the series. The course is designed for new or experienced coordinators of volunteer programs or anyone interested in exploring a career in volunteer administration.
Classes are held weekly from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Volunteer Center office, 2121 City Line Rd, Bethlehem (UGI building, second floor conference room)
