GED and CASAS Testing Proctor
Fowler Literacy Center at ProJeCt of Easton is now accepting volunteer applications for the position of Test Proctor.
Details: Test proctors will ensure a controlled testing environment that will allow test-takers to perform to the very best of their abilities. Proctor the CASAS test (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems) and/or the GED (General Education Development).
Requirements: Complete an online training provided at Fowler Literacy Center to quickly teach the essentials of administering tests. These are hands-on, user-friendly, self-paced tutorials to become familiar with using CASAS eTests and GED test, in a proctor role.
Allow approximately 2 hrs. to complete CASAS training and 4 hours to complete GED training. Time commitment: 2-10 hours per week, depending on need. ·Testing hours: CASAS: M-Th. 9:30am-12pm, M-W 6pm – 8p GED: Th.12pm – 4pm, Fri. 12pm – 4pm.
