Food Pantry Order Volunteers
NECC is seeking volunteers with large vehicles (trucks, SUVs) to assist with warehouse food pick-ups from Second Harvest Food Bank on Wednesday mornings from 9:30am - 11am. Volunteer tasks include driving to Second Harvest Food Bank, helping to load the boxes into their vehicle, transporting the food to NECC, and helping to unload boxes into the NECC food pantry. Volunteers must have the ability to lift and move boxes of varying weights. All NECC volunteers must successfully pass required background checks and must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
