Food Pantry Volunteers
Northeast Community Center is seeking volunteers to assist with food distribution on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 5:30pm - 7:00pm in our busy food pantry.
The food pantry serves over 200 families per month and runs solely on the assistance of volunteers. Volunteer tasks include helping clients choose food items, bagging food items, organizing shelves, etc. Some heavy lifting is occasionally involved and knowledge of Spanish helpful but not required.
