Front Desk Admin
Title: Front Desk Admin
Hours: Fridays, 11:30 AM to 4 PM
Location: Second Harvest Food Bank LV, 6969 Silver Crest Blvd 18064
Looking for one or more ongoing and regular volunteers to assist with the front desk on Friday afternoons. Volunteers will be required to obtain the clearances that are free to volunteers. If interested, I can send the information needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Directing visitors to the appropriate staff members or departments
- Providing basic information about our organization and its services
- Assisting with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Verbal communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc)
