Mega Basket Raffle Ticket Pullers!
5 PM - 730 PM
If you sign up through the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley website, we will be giving you 1 sheet of raffle tickets for your help! (Click the Sign Up Link below.)
This is an incredibly large basket raffle with over 400 prizes
We need multiple teams of volunteers to help pull tickets at the end of the Mega basket raffle event at Petersville Rod and Gun Club.
Each team will work together to:
One person-Dump tickets from the paperbags into a bucket, mix and pull a ticket.
***Any ticket that is crumpled, rolled or otherwise manipulated will be thrown out and another ticket selected.
One Person: Tape the ticket to the basket.
One person dump remaining tickets in the trash
One Person: Record and match basket # and winning ticket on provided sheets.
There will be someone following behind who will call out the ticket numbers
***If the person is present you MUST match their ticket to the ticket taped to the basket.
Once all tickets are pulled we will need checkers at the doors to match the winners ticket with the ticket on the basket prior to leaving the room.
