Rooms to View Volunteer
Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites is currently looking for volunteers to assist us with our Rooms to View Garden Tour. We are currently looking for volunteers to work at one of the nine gardens being highlighted.
While you are in the garden you will be asked to do the following tasks:
- Welcome guests
- Mark each program with Sharpie to indicate that guests have visited your stop.
- Ensure visitors are in compliance with policies:
- Outdoor & Indoor Tours
- No food, drink or smoking on the premises
- No high-heeled shoes
- No baby strollers or carriers; babies may be carried in a front or back carrier
- No shopping bags
- No cameras, video recorders, or photography unless homeowner is on the premises and grants permission
- No use of private bathroom facilities for tour goers
- Be as professional as possible in greeting and talking to guest

Remind guests to come to the end of tour reception at the Kemerer Museum any time between 4:00 – 5:00 PM.

Enjoy taking the tour yourself either before or after your shift!
The day will be broken into two shifts: 9:45am - 1:15pm & 12:45pm - 4:15pm. We are also looking for volunteers to work at the Reception located at the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts from 2pm to 5:30pm.
