Visitor Services Representative
Visitor Services Representatives welcome local and tourist guests to the museum as the public's initial face of the organization. They provide information about the organization’s programs and services and process museum admissions, program fees, membership fees, purchases at the museum shop, and payments for other services and events. They also assist patrons with the shop’s extensive merchandise and actively promote NCHGS membership.
As the designated Easton Tourist Visitor Center, Visitor Service staff also provide information and assistance regarding activities and events in the surrounding communities. They maintain visitor data for submission to Discover Lehigh Valley and administrative staff.
Training is provided, and shifts of 3-4 hours are available from Thu – Sun.
