Purse Bingo Fundraiser
We are in need of volunteers to help with our Purse Bingo Fundraiser on Sunday, September 29th at Macungie Memorial Hall. We need volunteers to help set up from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and then we also need volunteers to help during the bingo which runs from 11:30 am till about 5 pm. Volunteers for set up will include setting up food and drinks in kitchen, setting up raffle table, special raffle table and unloading items for bingo. Volunteers for the afternoon shift will include helping in kitchen with selling food and beverages, selling tickets for raffle table and 50/50, assisting at baked goods table, and helping during the bingo.
Children are welcome as long as accompanied by a parent at all times.
