Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts Gift Shop Volunteer
Purpose: Welcome visitors to the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts and provide basic information about museum tours. Process merchandise and ticket sales in the gift shop.
Location: Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts Gift Shop- 427 N. New St.
Key Responsibilities:

Process merchandise and ticket sale transactions

Answer phone inquiries

Assist site manager with opening and closing the museum, as needed
Reports to Manager of Volunteers and Programs
Time Commitment: Mondays and Thursdays, 11 AM- 4 PM.
Qualifications: Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems. Pleasant manner, patience, problem-solving ability, confidence, and dependability.
Support: Training for this position will be provided. Managers and experienced staff will be available for questions and assistance.
Age Requirement: 18+
