LCCC's Career Pathways program helps adults who are engaged in English as a Second Language or GED preparation classes build strong language and literacy skills so they can obtain their High School Equivalency , get citizenship, go to college, enroll in job training programs or get a job. Tutors are needed to work with adults at least three hours per week on Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies content.Tutor orientation and ongoing training will be provided. To be eligible to serve as a tutor, individuals must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field and clearances which can be obtained through the orientation process. Tutoring is held at the Donley Center 718 Hamilton Street Allentown, PA, local librraies, and other approved public locations.
