Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley

Meals on Wheels seeks to improve the health, well-being and independence of homebound seniors and adults with disabilities. Home delivery of hot meals, frozen meals and grocery shopping are some of the services carried out by volunteers. Deliveries originate from one of eight locations (Allentown (2), Bangor, Bethlehem, Bowmanstown, Cherryville, Easton and Nazareth) each weekday starting at 10 a.m. Volunteers pick up meals, deliver to clients in a specific area following step-by-step directions and return empty carriers to their pickup site. Our volunteers provide a much-needed connection to the community while helping people retain their independence.
