The Literacy Center's mission is to deliver high-quality instruction, training, and support for Lehigh Valley adults experiencing language, education and employment barriers. The Literacy Center (TLC) prepares Lehigh Valley residents to successfully pursue their professional, academic, and personal goals through English as a Second Language (ESL) and High School Equivalency (GED) instruction, Workforce Development, supplementary classes, and support services.
