Project Blueprint trains diverse leaders and facilitates their opportunities to connect with nonprofit organizations. It contributes to the broader goals of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by developing and promoting diverse leadership in the nonprofit community. Project Blueprint is a means for nonprofits to meet and connect with potential board members for their organization who have developed key knowledge and skills through the cohort program.
